How do I create a new ticket?

Using the Control 2K support portal

Create a new ticket

Open the link below in a new window and click on the ‘Open a new ticket’ button :-

You will then be re-directed to a page where you can enter details of the problem you are experiencing

  1. From the Help Topic drop down list select an option that best fits your issue.
  2. Fill in the fields in the form with as much information as possible.

The example below shows an email problem where the error message has been copied and pasted from outlook into the details box.
3. Once you have entered the required information click on Submit.

Your ticket will be logged into the system and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
